The timings that work
8:30 works. All summer, an 8:30 arrival buys a space, the quiet first hour, and the smug walk past the 10am barrier queue. 9:15 is a gamble. 10:30 is a no in August, usually salvageable in June and September, and irrelevant from October to May when the pressure drops away entirely.
